🚚 Shipping Policy – CHEKORGANICS

This Shipping Policy outlines how orders placed on CHEKORGANICS are processed, shipped, and delivered.


1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • Orders placed after 6:00 PM IST will be processed on the next business day.
  • During high-demand periods (sales, festivals, product launches), processing time may extend slightly.

2. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship across India.
  • For bulk or international shipping inquiries, please contact our support team.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on orders above certain amount ex.Rs.3000/-
  • A flat shipping fee of ₹90 applies to orders below ₹999.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 4–7 business days
  • Remote locations: 5–8 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors.


5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and/or email.
  • You can track your shipment status in real-time using the provided link.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is not available on selected pincodes.
  • A nominal COD handling fee may apply (if enabled at checkout).
  • Orders placed via COD may be confirmed via call or SMS before dispatch.
  • CHEKORGANICS reserves the right to cancel COD orders that are not verified.

7. Failed Delivery & RTO (Return to Origin)

  • If a delivery attempt fails due to:

    • Incorrect address
    • Unreachable customer
    • Refusal to accept order

    The shipment may be returned to us (RTO).

  • In such cases:

    • Re-shipping charges will be applicable
    • Prepaid orders will be refunded after deducting shipping charges

8. Delays in Delivery

While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather disruptions
  • Courier partner delays
  • Government restrictions
  • Remote location accessibility

CHEKORGANICS is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics partners but will assist in tracking and resolution.


9. Incorrect Shipping Details

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
  • Orders with incomplete or incorrect addresses may be delayed or returned.
  • Additional charges may apply for re-delivery.

10. Damaged / Tampered Packages

  • If you receive a damaged or tampered package:

    • Do not accept it, OR
    • Record an unboxing video immediately after receiving
  • Report the issue within 24 hours by contacting us with:

    • Photos/videos
    • Order details

Claims raised after 24 hours may not be accepted.


11. Order Cancellation / Changes

  • Orders can be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of placing the order.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.
